- Ryan WMichael was very understanding today. He quoted (and recommended I could save money buying a new fridge - being honest). He then pro-actively returned, after I had provided some feedback, and attempted to fix the commercial fridge at no cost ! He refused to take any money from me. It's rare to find such an honest & ethical trades person these days (trust me, I've been burnt). Thanks Michael, and I apologize for my behavior today. Your empathy and understanding was elite. - Graham RMichael got in touch the same day I reached out online. Listened to the problem and suggested possible causes and a potential remedy. We did as he suggested and it worked! Thoroughly professional to not simply come out and charge us a fee as the first step. Will therefore use him again in the future!
- Craig GGood communication, turned up on time, within a couple of minutes had diagnosed the problem (icing in the freezer and yes Auto-defrost fridges can ice up over many years) and 1.5 hours later had it sorted. Charged less than he could have and followed up the next day to make sure everything was OK. Highly Recommended.
